What you'll be doing...
As a Director of all our store distribution, you'll be responsible for leading Retail and sales efforts.
  • Staffing/Employee Relations and Development: Developing staff and leading the sales and experience efforts across our Retail channels.
  • Developing and fostering leadership qualities in your direct reports to motivate and coach their teams to achieve high-performance results.
  • Ensuring channel compliance with Business Code of Conduct and Sales Compensation Plan.
  • Rolling out initiatives that will help drive all aspects of the business (e.g., abandon carts, digital partnership, 5G plan).
  • Monitoring financial reporting and manage operating budgets and sales reporting for all stores in your assigned area.
  • Analyzing reports / sales results and develop action plans designed to increase sales productivity.
  • Evaluating customer retention issues to identify opportunities to work cross-functionally with other channels.
  • Serving as a senior management escalation point for customer issues.
  • Fostering a culture where the employee experience consists of purpose-driven behaviors which enable engagement while mitigating risk.
  • Leading and communicating with teams as appropriate to ensure that deliverables are executed and best practices are shared across teams.
  • Leading geographically dispersed teams and facilitating meetings, evaluating issues, providing solutions, and driving results against pressing timelines.
  • Creating a clear strategic vision and the actionable steps necessary to execute that vision.
  • Communicating with senior-level executives regarding complex ideas and processes.

What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams with varying levels of employees and positions.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, evaluating issues, providing solutions, and driving against tight timelines.
  • Experience creating a clear strategic vision, including short and long-term brand and business growth strategies, and the actionable steps necessary to execute against that vision.
  • Experience organizing, negotiating, and developing staff while adhering to operational models.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience communicating with senior-level executives and across different cultures, including communicating complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner to those unfamiliar with the material.

Even better if you have:
  • A Master's degree.
  • Seven or more years of management experience in a sales environment.
  • A history of strong performance in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills, including the ability to build trust-based relationships and manage effectively.
  • The ability to take a structured approach to problem solving, keeping process-driven issues front of mind.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer and team-oriented work environment.
  • The ability to foster a work culture composed of purpose-driven behaviors which enable engagement while mitigating risk.
  • The ability to execute a streamlined communication approach to maintain transparency as appropriate.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
