Locations: Chester, MD
Compensation: Up to $65,000 including Base Pay Rate, Uncapped Commissions and bonuses

Wireless Zone, the nation’s fastest growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer with over 700 locations, is currently looking for outgoing and ambitious Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our retail team. As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Wireless Zone, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Verizon Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.
As the Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Wireless Zone, you will enjoy some great perks:

The Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Wireless Zone will be responsible for:
  • Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
  • Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
  • Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
  • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
  • Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
  • Assist both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
  • Complete all required trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless
  • Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Wireless Zone is looking for candidates with:
  • Have at minimum, a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
  • Have the drive to work in a commission sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have the ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Spanish Bilingual is plus
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
