Have a strong passion for fashion, styling, and driving results? We are hiring! We are seeking to hire an energetic, fashion-conscious, service-oriented, and performance driven Assistant Store Manager (see below) to run the day to day operations.

Assistant Store Manager
In this dynamic role, you will manage all aspect of retail operations. You will lead sales associates to assist clients with their selection and purchase of clothes, handbags, shoes, and accessories all while providing friendly customer service. The ideal Assistant Store Manager must have the ability to apply their knowledge of style and fashion to help the store buy gently-used merchandise and promote these items on the sales floor. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible managing inventory and back stock, reviewing sales data, ensuring sales floor presentation, training staff, and marketing through social media. Assistant Store Manager Job Requirements:

  • Post high school education preferred.
  • 1-year prior retail management experience or 2-4 years of prior retail clothing sales experience preferably with strong leadership skills exhibited.

  • Ability to merchandise and stock sales products and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Actively work with garments to include processing, tagging, hanging, replenishing, and displaying per store guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to lead other sales associates and manage performance.
  • Comfortable with using Microsoft Office.
  • Must have open availability to work some evenings and weekends and cover employee absences.
