Job description

We are seeking to add a Basic Bookkeeping and Retail Associate position to our team! In a Retail/Wholesale environment, you will be responsible for accurate order entry, file maintenance, record keeping, completing Retail & Wholesale transactions also Basic Bookkeeping transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Company procedures are followed
  • Enter a variety of data using current technology
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review discrepancies in data received with supervisors
  • Assist with monthly inventories
  • Enter orders and customer service

Qualifications:

  • Punctual, outgoing & team oriented
  • Previous experience in data entry or other fields is a plus
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft & Apple Platforms
  • Customer service experience is required
