Brand Merchandising - Onsite
We are seeking a highly analytical and consumer-focused Merchandising Buyer II to support the Factory Stores Equipment & Accessories business. This role is ideal for a merchandising professional who enjoys working with large datasets, understands retail buying strategies, and is passionate about consumer trends and product merchandising.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Planning, Allocation, Operations, and Merchandising teams to make data-driven buying decisions that optimize inventory, pricing, promotions, and seasonal assortments while delivering an exceptional consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate merchandising strategies into actionable in-season and future assortment plans.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and consumer behavior data to drive merchandising decisions.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, inventory, and tactical business actions.
  • Support seasonal assortment planning and quarterly buy reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Allocation, Operations, and Merchandising teams.
  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.
