Supplies Business Analyst- Channel Investment & Programs Manager

Description -

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to lead business management, channel program execution, forecasting, and performance management activities across the North America Supplies business. This role serves as a key partner to Category, Sales, Finance, and Channel leadership teams, providing data-driven insights, operational leadership, financial governance, and strategic recommendations that influence business outcomes.

The successful candidate will drive forecasting, planning, partner program management, reporting, and business performance analysis while leading cross-functional initiatives that improve execution, profitability, partner engagement, and overall business performance. This individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to proactively identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and influence decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead forecasting and business planning processes, including revenue, unit, and market-share performance tracking.
  • Develop business insights and recommendations through analysis of sales, market, partner, and competitive data.
  • Monitor business performance against targets and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Support executive business reviews, strategic planning, and quarterly performance assessments.

Channel Programs & Financial Management

  • Manage planning, execution, and performance tracking of partner programs across Commercial, Retail, and Distribution channels.
  • Support operating expense planning, budget management, and funding governance.
  • Coordinate program investment decisions, performance measurement, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure operational excellence in program administration and compliance with internal policies.

Forecasting, Analytics & Insights

  • Develop forecasting models and analytical frameworks to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Build executive-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze market trends, partner performance, business drivers, pricing actions, inventory dynamics, and competitive developments.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Sales & Channel Business Support

  • Support target-setting and performance management processes across key partner segments.
  • Partner closely with channel, sales, and category teams to align priorities and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business visibility.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing fact-based business recommendations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups across Sales, Finance, Operations, Category, and Partner organizations.
  • Build alignment among diverse teams to execute business priorities and achieve organizational goals.
  • Drive process improvements, governance, and best practices that increase operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Typically 7+ years of experience in business management, finance, sales operations, channel programs, forecasting, analytics, or related business functions.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience supporting planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, reporting tools, and business analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Channel partner ecosystem experience across Commercial, Retail, and Distribution channels.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is$ 110,300.00 - 159,950.00USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
