Job description

We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Dallas. This role is with a prominent real estate company that offers a family friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.
This is a hybrid position and offers great work flexibility. The position pays 95K-100K plus bonus. This company also has great benefits and it's know for it's employee-centric culture.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
· Accrual and cash journal entries
· Review operating statements and variance reports
· Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis.
· Perform CAM reconciliations
· Interact and communicate with property managers
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
· Recent commercial or retail accounting experience
Skills:
· Must be proficient in MS Excel
· Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
