Position Summary
We are excited to add a Branch Retail Manager to our Hugoton branch as part of our continued commitment to growth and community impact. This leadership role is responsible for driving retail deposit growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring strong operational performance and compliance within the branch.
The Branch Retail Manager will serve as a leader, coach, and trusted advisor, actively engaging in the community while guiding branch staff toward a growth-minded, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Growth Focus
  • Actively engage in community outreach to attract new deposit relationships
  • Conduct weekly business and customer visits to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local initiatives
  • Analyze branch performance and develop strategies to drive deposit growth and retail expansion

In-Branch Responsibilities
  • Open and service new deposit accounts
  • Originate and manage consumer loan relationships
