Max Distributing is a growing consumer products distributor looking for a Retail Sales Support & Account Coordinator to help support grocery, convenience, mass retail, and distribution customers.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail operations, merchandising, category management, account coordination, sales support, distribution, or customer service who enjoys working with customers, tracking projects, and helping sales teams succeed.

This is not an IT, software development, programming, engineering, accounting, or finance position.

You'll work directly with Account Managers, retail customers, and company leadership to support customer accounts, assist with promotions, monitor account activity, and help identify opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do
  • Support retail and distribution customer accounts
  • Partner with Account Managers to execute customer programs and promotions
  • Track sales, inventory, and customer performance
  • Create and maintain Excel reports and customer updates
  • Assist with business reviews, presentations, and customer meetings
  • Coordinate follow-up on customer requests and action items
  • Monitor pricing, promotions, and product performance
  • Support forecasting and inventory planning activities
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership teams
  • Help ensure customer commitments are completed accurately and on time
