The purpose of this position is to perform work in a safe and productive manner, meeting production needs.


Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to troubleshoot machining issues
  • Ability to troubleshoot robots and automation
  • Ability to train and provide direction to tool changers
  • Ability to manage projects and kaizen activities
  • Ability to implement/update processes for better efficiency
  • All other duties as assigned

Performance Skill Requirements:

  1. Quality: Able to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines; establishes high standards and measures; does work right the first time; tests new methods thoroughly; reinforces excellence as a fundamental priority.
  2. Communication: Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; reads and interprets complex information; listens well.
  3. Problem Solving: Able to apply systems thinking to generate solutions; focuses on processes rather than isolated events; obtains multiple assessments of a situation and identifies trouble spots; evaluates alternative solutions.
