Cleaning and Restoration Operational Manager Job Summary:
Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operational Manager to oversee and drive the day-to-day operations of our Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water restoration, cleaning (carpet, rug, flooring, tile and grout, upholstery, air ducts), and team management, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the manager will also need to step into the field to assist with carpet cleaning jobs when necessary, providing top-tier customer service.
Cleaning and Restoration Operational Manager Qualifications:
* Preferred Certifications:
* WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
* ASD (Applied Structural Drying)
* CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician)
* AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician)
* Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
* Mold Remediation Contractor (MRC)
* OSHA 30 Certification
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in water restoration and carpet cleaning operations.
* Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
