Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and lead the daily operations of our Concrete Restoration & Repainting Division. This role will be responsible for managing the sales, project management and field crews, optimizing field productivity, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all projects meet safety, quality, and profitability targets.

  • Lead day-to-day operations for concrete restoration and repainting projects.
  • Manage and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews.
  • Oversee scopes including structural repair, waterproof coatings, paint finishes, and façade repainting systems.
  • Ensure project schedules are met while maximizing crew efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Implement and enforce safety standards (OSHA) and company quality control processes.
  • Monitor financial performance: budgets, job costing, materials, and labor productivity.
  • Coordinate with executive leadership to develop operational strategies and division growth.
  • Support training, mentoring, and professional development of field staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflow, equipment use, and operational efficiency.
  • Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in construction operations or senior project management, preferably in concrete restoration, waterproofing, or repainting.
  • Proven leadership experience managing crews and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of structural repair methods, façade restoration, waterproofing systems, and painting standards.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Fieldwire, Buildertrend, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30 Certification required.
  • Manufacturer training/certifications in coatings, waterproofing, or concrete systems preferred.
  • Be hands on and willing to build your team as needed.
