Director of Specialty Services I Cleaning and Restoration Operations
Salary: $90,000 base salary plus commission

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to drive the growth and field execution of our specialty project division. As the Director of Specialty Services – Cleaning and Restoration Operations, your responsibilities include expanding our specialty service footprint through proactive B2B sales and directly supervising field operations to guarantee 4M standards of service.
Your portfolio focuses on advanced commercial floor care, specialized facility cleaning, and exterior building maintenance. Core service lines include carpet care, vinyl composition tile (VCT), tile amp; grout, natural stone, wood, LVT concrete polishing, epoxy coating, commercial window cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and structural pressure washing.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development amp; B2B Sales
  • Drive Growth: Achieve a minimum 10% compounded annual growth rate in gross profit through a blend of new business acquisition and upselling existing accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct 3–5 face-to-face client meetings per week. Maintain a strategic pipeline split of 25% cold prospects and 75% existing accounts, coordinated weekly with Regional District Managers.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify prospective commercial accounts, perform on-site facility walkthroughs, and generate accurate labor, equipment, and material quotes.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with property managers, facility directors, and building owners to secure long-term service contracts.
Operations amp; Field Leadership
  • Operational Execution: Supervise mobile specialty cleaning crews, managing scheduling, hiring, staffing, and divisional labor budgets in alignment with the 4M operational playbook.
  • Technical Guidance: Serve as the subject matter expert for specialized cleaning chemicals, restoration equipment, and technical floor care procedures.
  • Training amp; Safety: Provide hands-on, on-the-job support and technical training to field staff, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and 4M standard operating procedures (SOPs).
