Leading Insurance Restoration company in the Greenville,  Raleigh and Charlotte area quickly growing and expanding territory coverage and looking to fill positions.

Job Description

Insurance Restoration Company growing in the Raleigh, NC area seeks experienced Project Manager/Estimator who has the ability to write, sell and run projects. Have the drive and ability to create, manage and grow the business.

Qualifications
  • Over 2 years of Insurance Restoration (mitigation) experience 
  • Over  2 years Reconstruction estimating and project management
  • Over 2 years Estimating preferably using Xactimate*
  • Over 5 years Project management and delivery
  • General understanding of construction / restoration principles (framing, plumbing, electrical etc.)
  • administration and efficient daily (and on call) operation of a full service branch office
  • Excellent computer skills (email, excel, word, Xactimate*, digital pictures, DASH*)
  • Well organized and capable of running multiple jobs at a time
  • Will do what it takes to get the job done right, on time and on budget
  • Quality customer service skills working with insurance adjusters and homeowners
  • provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture of the company
  • Professional conduct able to sell the restoration services to insurance adjusters, property managers and home owners
  • thorough knowledge of insurance claims operations and procedures
  • ability to evaluate and make decisions, recognize potential issues, hazards and observe appropriate precautions, understand and remember detailed instructions
  • strong ability to listen, discern, prioritize, and negotiate with clients and insurance carrier representatives based on a deep understanding of relevant issues
