Job Summary
United Building Group, LLC is hiring an experienced Foreman to lead crews performing masonry restoration and concrete repair on commercial, institutional, and specialty restoration projects. This role is for a working foreman who can manage daily field operations while maintaining production, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise field crews performing masonry restoration, brick replacement, repointing, concrete repair, patching, and related restoration work
  • Read plans, specifications, and work scopes; coordinate daily production goals with project management
  • Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics
  • Monitor workmanship, safety practices, and jobsite cleanliness
  • Train crew members and enforce quality standards
  • Document daily progress, production, and field issues
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site representatives as needed
  • Perform hands-on restoration work when required

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in masonry restoration and concrete repair
  • Prior foreman or crew-lead experience on restoration projects
  • Strong knowledge of brick and masonry repair, mortar matching, tuckpointing/repointing, and concrete patch/repair methods
  • Ability to read drawings and manage work to schedule
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA training is a plus
  • Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders/scaffolding, lift materials, and perform physical job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
