Coatings Foremen are supervisory professionals responsible for overseeing the application of protective and decorative coatings on various surfaces, such as metal, concrete, or industrial equipment. They manage and coordinate the work of coatings crews, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and monitor project timelines. Coatings Foremen also inspect surfaces, select suitable coating materials, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
