Lead Restoration Tech / Future Project Manager

Required Experience 
  • Strong restoration field experience (water, fire, mold) required.
  • Great at documentation? We want YOU.
️ Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Effectively perform all mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
  • Complete appropriate restoration documentation (drying logs, equipment logs, sketches).
  • Communicate and supervise project objectives with technicians.
  • Inspect completed work.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and maintain toolbox
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance
  • Participate in 24 Hour on-call shifts.
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects (lifting up to 75 pounds)
