Job description

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team! This position is responsible for responding to emergency property damage losses, performing mitigation and cleaning services, setting up drying equipment, demolition of damaged materials, and assisting with restoration projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, customer-focused and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to emergency water, fire, mold and biohazard losses.
  • Perform water extraction and structural drying procedures.
  • Set, monitor and manage structural drying equipment.
  • Complete demolition and removal of damaged building materials.
  • Perform mold remediation and specialty cleaning services.
  • Conduct carpet cleaning and duct cleaning services.
  • Take moisture readings and document job progress and dry-out status.
  • Maintain, clean and organize company vehicles and equipment.
  • Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, insurance representatives and team members
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after hours emergency response.

qualifications include:

  • Valid drivers license
  • Able to pass background check
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
  • Strong work ethic and attitiude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Construction, restoration mitigation and or cleaning preferred but not required.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
