What is restoration business development?

Restoration Business Development involves identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow a restoration company that specializes in repairing damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. Professionals in this role build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and other potential clients to generate leads and increase business. They also create marketing strategies, attend industry events, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. The goal is to expand the company’s client base and increase revenue through effective outreach and partnership development.

How does a restoration business development professional collaborate with project managers and technicians to secure and execute new projects?

In a restoration company, Business Development professionals often work closely with project managers and technicians to ensure that client needs are clearly understood and met.
