Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) – Hawaii Assignment (2026–2027 School Year)

Location: Hawaiian Islands Setting: School-based (K–12) Contract: Full 2026–2027 School Year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (40 hours/week) Compensation: $75-$85 an hour or $3,058 weekly travel pay + $950 start incentives

Position Summary

This school-based BCBA/LBA travel role offers a full academic-year assignment across the Hawaiian Islands. You’ll provide behavioral support services, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help students access meaningful learning in a supportive school environment. Travel clinicians enjoy consistent hours, competitive weekly pay, and the opportunity to experience life and work in Hawaii.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral services aligned with student IEPs and behavior intervention plans

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior plans

  • Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and data collection

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families across assigned school sites
