75K Biweekly information

What does '75K Biweekly' mean in a job listing?

'75K Biweekly' in a job listing typically refers to a salary or wage amount. However, it is uncommon for jobs to advertise a biweekly salary of $75,000, as this would equate to an unusually high annual salary. More often, '75K' refers to an annual salary of $75,000, and 'biweekly' might refer to the pay schedule (how often you're paid). If you see '75K Biweekly', it's important to clarify with the employer whether it means $75,000 paid every two weeks (which is rare), or $75,000 per year paid out in biweekly installments. Always confirm pay details directly with the employer to avoid confusion.

What should I expect regarding workload and expectations in a high-paying biweekly role such as one earning $75K per pay period?

Roles that offer $75,000 biweekly are typically executive or specialized positions with significant responsibilities, such as C-suite executives, top-tier consultants, or highly specialized surgeons. In these positions, you can expect a demanding workload, often including long hours, high-pressure decision-making, and frequent collaboration with other senior leaders. The work environment is usually fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and the ability to adapt quickly. Advancement in such roles often depends on performance, innovation, and your ability to drive results across cross-functional teams.

What is the difference between 75K Biweekly vs 75K Monthly?

While both payment structures relate to earning 75K annually, biweekly payments result in a higher total annual gross pay due to the more frequent pay periods. Monthly payments simplify budgeting but may differ slightly in total annual earnings. Understanding these differences helps in financial planning and comparing job offers.

Job description

The Opportunity:

Most sales roles pay you once and then send you back to zero. At C2C Payments, we help you build a career where your hard work compounds. We are one of the fastest-growing merchant services firms in the USA, providing businesses with the technology to accept credit cards while saving them money on every transaction.

We are hiring Account Executives who want the freedom of a remote/field-based role and the security of a growing, recurring income stream.

The Compensation Structure:

  • Bi-Weekly Commissions: Get paid for your new sales every two weeks. No waiting months for your hard-earned money.

  • Monthly Residual Income: Build a "monthly raise" for yourself. You earn a percentage of the processing volume for every account you maintain in your portfolio, paid out every month.

  • Uncapped Potential: Average first-year earners make $75k–$95k, with top performers building portfolios that pay $100k+ annually.

  • Recruiting Bonuses: Earn additional income for helping us scale the team.

Your Role as an Account Executive:

  • 90% Field Sales / 10% Remote: You are a local consultant. You will spend your time in the community meeting business owners face-to-face, with the remaining time dedicated to remote training and funnel management.

  • Consultative Auditing: You’ll use our proven methods to analyze business statements and show owners exactly how much they save by switching to C2C.

  • Portfolio Ownership: You aren't just a "sales rep"; you manage your accounts to ensure satisfaction and secure your ongoing monthly residuals.

  • Growth & Support: Attend morning strategy calls and work directly with National Sales Managers who are dedicated to helping you close deals and grow your territory.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-Driven Hunters: You manage your own schedule, so you must have the discipline to hit the pavement and generate leads.

  • Professional Communicators: You can build rapport quickly and handle objections with a positive mindset.

  • Integrity: We are a family-oriented company. We do right by our merchants and our team.

  • Persistence: You understand that "no" is just a step toward "yes."

The Perks:

  • Create Your Own Schedule: You are an ISO Partner—you are the boss of your time.

  • Steady Cash Flow: Bi-weekly commission checks keep your finances stable while you build your residuals.

  • Industry-Leading Training: Extensive remote video training to turn you into a payment processing expert.

  • Support System: Direct access to managers to help you close big accounts and review your progress.
