WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll support the truck sales process from start to finish while building the knowledge and experience needed to grow into a Truck Sales Representative role. You’ll work closely with customers, sales representatives, and dealership departments to ensure inventory, documentation, and sales operations run smoothly.

➤ Order trucks for inventory and maintain accurate inventory records within the Hunter Truck Inventory System (HTIS)
➤ Track inventory status, locations, deal folders, and OEM reporting documentation
➤ Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and floor plan audits with financial institutions
➤ Create purchase orders for bodies, warranties, and additional truck-related equipment
➤ Assist the sales department with deal coordination, transportation scheduling, and truck lot organization
➤ Update online and print advertisements while monitoring advertising effectiveness and customer inquiries
➤ Learn truck deal systems, finance functions, and title processing procedures
➤ Coordinate with departments including PDI, detail, and transportation to support timely deliveries
➤ Assist with marketing initiatives and sales enhancement strategies
➤ Attend meetings and training programs to continue developing industry and product knowledge
➤ Maintain a professional appearance and promote workplace health and safety policies


WHAT YOU BRING

◆ Education & Experience: College degree preferred. One year of related experience required. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required along with basic truck knowledge. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and typing skills. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-driven, high-energy professionals interested in growing into a Truck Sales Representative role.

◆ Certificates & Licenses:
  PA Sales License required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  CDL preferred; must meet company insurability standards
  Valid Driver’s License required; must meet company insurability standards

◆ Physical Requirements: Frequent walking and driving; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
