Job description

Chick-fil-A Greenwich, RI is seeking a Restaurant Training Coordinator to support the business by training, and coaching all employees on Chick-fil-A's procedures and policies. The Training Coordinator will oversee the initial and reoccurring training of employees in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work culture. The Training Coordinator is in constant communication with the leadership team and franchisee and also works operationally.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates knowledge of Chick-fil-A policies and procedures

Develops employees through a training program and coaching

Works with the leadership team to develop the team while creating a positive work culture

Works with the leadership team to revise training plan based on the needs of the business

Completes recurring training with current employees for continual development

Tracks and communicates employee development with monthly evaluations to the leadership team

Complete understanding of key positions in either the front or back of the restaurant

Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
