Capone’s Underground is Orlando’s newest speakeasy-style dinner and entertainment venue, blending a 1920s Art Deco aesthetic with modern hospitality. Building on the legacy of Capone’s Dinner Show, our team is creating a fresh, high-energy experience for guests seeking exceptional food, cocktails, and live entertainment.

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and professional Servers to join our opening team. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience from the moment they are seated until the final farewell.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and deliver warm, attentive service

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and cocktails

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared service area

• Collaborate with team members to uphold smooth operations during high-volume service

• Follow all safety, health, and alcohol-service regulations

Qualifications

• 1+ year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant or entertainment venue (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-first attitude

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Food handler or alcohol service certification (ServSafe/TIPS) is a plus
