Lead Plaza Pizza


Plaza Pizza is building more than a restaurant-we're building a neighborhood gathering place where handcrafted food and genuine hospitality bring people together.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who believes the best managers work alongside their team, not behind a desk.
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for every aspect of the operation-from developing people and protecting our recipes to driving financial performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Success in this role means creating a culture where quality, hospitality, accountability, and teamwork define every shift.

What You'll Lead


•Front of House and Culinary operations.
•Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing the team.
•Daily restaurant operations.
•Guest experience.
•Recipe execution and consistency.
•Scratch production of dough, sauces, salads, and all house-made products.
•Labor, food cost, purchasing, inventory, and financial performance.
•Restaurant cleanliness and operational standards.
•Future growth, including expanded hours and our counter-service beer & wine program.

•Proven restaurant leadership experience.
