We're looking for a proven multi unit leader to oversee several high volume restaurants across Central Illinois.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple restaurant locations
  • Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency
  • Ensure restaurants meet food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop future leaders
  • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve results
  • Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and exceptional hospitality


What We're Looking For

  • Current or recent District Manager, Area Manager, Multi Unit Manager, Area Supervisor, or Market Leader experience in the restaurant industry
  • Experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations is required
  • Strong background in restaurant operations, labor management, food cost, and P&L accountability
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the market
