As aRestaurant Area Manager, you driveoperational excellence, people development, and financial performance acrossmultiple restaurant locations. Prior multi-unit leadership is a must. This role partners closely with GeneralManagers to grow sales and profitability, strengthen leadershipcapability, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain exceptional brandstandards across the district.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience required
  • Food Safety Certification required

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between restaurant locations

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work more than 50 hours per week as business needs require
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to perform restaurant operational functions as needed
  • Ability to monitor and oversee restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
