Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring top-quality service and efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and coach a diverse and enthusiastic team
  • Maintain high standards in food preparation, safety, and cleanliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu offerings that enhance the dining experience

  • Barista or hospitality experience is a plus but not required

The company was founded in 1964 in Hamilton, Ontario, by Canadian hockey players Tim Horton and Jim Charade, after an initial venture in hamburger restaurants.
