  • Maintain a visible leadership presence during service and model urgency, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and team-member development.
  • Monitor labor, sales, inventory, cash handling, and other operational controls during assigned shifts.
  • Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality food and beverage execution.
  • Support special events, promotions, and community activations across the Lake Nona portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, alcohol-service requirements, and sanitation standards.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally while identifying opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.

What We Offer

  • Professional development and advancement opportunities within a growing hospitality organization.
  • A collaborative, high-energy workplace where hospitality and community are at the center of the work.

  • 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service, high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of front-of-house service standards, labor management, guest recovery, and shift operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Experience with wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
