Job Description: We are seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team at Tavistock Restaurant Collection in Lake Nona. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading our dedicated staff to deliver outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and revenue management.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
