Front of House Manager (Bar-Focused) – Upscale Restaurant

Location: South Bend, Indiana
Salary: $65,000 - 7$0,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager with extensive bar expertise to lead guest-facing operations at a high-end restaurant in South Bend, Indiana. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in an upscale environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while elevating the bar program.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, and a proven ability to drive both service excellence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
