The Restaurant Shift Leader plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality service, and leading a small team of fewer than 10 staff members during their shift. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, this leader coordinates team efforts, manages cash handling, and maintains smooth restaurant operations through effective use of the POS system and adherence to opening and closing procedures.
