Job description


We are looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Support staff to assist our chefs in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and clean kitchen environment. As a member of our kitchen team, you will help prepare ingredients, ensure kitchen cleanliness, and support cooking operations to deliver high-quality dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, plating)
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas
  • Stock and organize kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Support chefs during busy hours with preparation tasks
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always followed
  • Help with kitchen opening and closing duties

Requirements
  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required (training provided!)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Physically able to stand, lift, and move for extended periods
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
  • Available to work evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM
