Their duties include, shift work, cooking, preparations, training and scheduling Cooks, performing quality control on food leaving the kitchen and ordering inventory to keep up with demand. Essential Job Functions • Supports Restaurant GM in achieving business goals. • Takes ownership of all kitchen operations. • Understands and tracks food ordering, inventory, production, and cooking of all dishes. • Create great food and drink. • Provide quality food and beverage to guest by adhering to all recipes and standards. • Receives, verifies and properly stores food and ingredients. • Supports ordering and inventory needs • Respond and anticipates guest needs. • Maintain clean and organized workspace throughout the operation. • Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all aspects of food, beverages, and restaurant operations. • Supports ware washing and cleaning of BOH spaces. • Maintains regular and punctual attendance. • Maintains uniform and grooming standards for Butter Me Up. • Takes responsibility for all cook job functions.
