Responsibilities

Create advertisements and marketing materials for print, web, email, and social media platforms, including posters, signage, menus, check presenters, eblasts, and social media assets

Develop creative concepts and design solutions from concept through final production in collaboration with the Marketing team

Update restaurant menus, layouts, brand publications, and other marketing collateral as requested

Prepare, proof, finalize, and coordinate production of artwork, signage, and promotional materials

Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaign concepts

Manage multiple projects, production requests, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Maintain organized project files, documentation, and workflow through Monday.com and company server standards

Adhere to project deadlines and creative direction established by the Creative and Marketing Directors


Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field

2-3 years of graphic design experience; agency experience preferred

1 year of experience in packaging design, fixture design, or POP display

Expertise in current graphic design practices and software, including Mac platform and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of corporate branding, layout, color theory, typography, and visual design across print and digital platforms

Strong conceptual, production artist, and original illustration skills

Experience designing menus, restaurant promotions, and hospitality marketing materials preferred

Experience with typesetting and magazine layout is a plus

Experience with print production, press-ready files, vendor specifications, and coordination with printers, fabricators, signage vendors, and other suppliers

Ability to manage and maintain multiple restaurant brand identities simultaneously

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables of varying complexity while meeting deadlines, budgets, and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, marketing team, photographers, vendors, and other restaurant stakeholders on strategic branding and design initiatives

Self-motivated with the ability to take creative direction and execute efficiently

Ability to work at least 50 hours per week

Must be eligible to work in the United States
