Overview

Fabio Viviani Hospitality (FVH) is seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Design Manager to join our Marketing Department. This role will support our diverse portfolio of restaurant brands through design work that spans social media, digital content, print collateral, menus, signage, and web assets.

We are looking for someone who is not only design-savvy but also understands the fast-paced world of hospitality and how to translate brand identity into engaging visual content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Design

  • Design engaging graphics, animations, and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok,
  • Facebook, LinkedIn, and paid media campaigns.
  • Repurpose photo and video content into dynamic templates, stories, and reels that align with brand tone and visual direction.
  • Collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling cohesion across all digital platforms.

Print & Restaurant Marketing Assets

  • Design menus, flyers, table tents, event signage, and other marketing collateral for restaurant locations.
  • Work directly with restaurant teams to confirm accuracy, brand alignment, and timely delivery of all print materials.
  • Manage print production, vendor coordination, and file preparation to ensure the highest quality output.

Branding & Environmental Design

  • Support the creation and rollout of new concept branding, including logo systems, signage, and environmental graphics.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all FVH concepts and sub-brands.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on visual identity development for new and existing brands.

Web & Digital Design

  • Design web assets including landing pages, website banners, email templates, and digital menus.
  • Work collaboratively with web developers and marketing leads to ensure a cohesive online brand experience.

Creative Collaboration & Project Management

  • Partner cross-functionally with the Director of Marketing, Social Media Managers, Videographers, and Photographers to execute campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail and quick turnaround times.
  • Contribute creative concepts and design direction for campaigns, activations, and seasonal initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional design experience (hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, or agency preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and CapCut.
  • Ability to edit and adapt content for short-form video/social is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design for both digital (social, web, ads) and print (menus, signage, collateral).
  • Experience with basic web/UX design and content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
  • Ability to adapt across multiple brand styles while maintaining design excellence and accuracy.
  • Strong typography, layout, and brand development skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work hospitality hours with occasional nights and weekends for activations. Portfolio showcasing digital, print, and branding work required.
