Job Responsibilities:
  • Work in collaboration with other members of the Rams Studios team to develop and produce a slate of video content for the Rams.

  • Stay ahead of evolving editing styles, cultural trends, and platform best practices to keep Rams Studios at the cutting edge.
  • Expected to be available on game days in an editing and post-production capacity.
  • Willingness to be a team player to fulfill different project roles as needed in order to operate efficiently as a team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to provide creative ideas to support various campaign briefs.
  • Job duties may require travel.
  • Listen to organizational needs, pitch new concepts to internal groups and external partners to meet those needs.
  • Contribute to logging Rams footage using specific formatting and strong attention to detail in Adobe Premiere.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in video editing required (5+ years).
  • Experience working in Adobe Premiere Productions workflow or similar non-linear editing software team projects.
  • Proficient in editing footage from professional cinema cameras including ARRI, Canon, Sony, and RED Cinema cameras.
  • Proficient in color grading, experience color grading in Davinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Experience in multi-cam editing.
  • Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, music selection, and sound design.

  • Flexible schedule required to successfully complete job requirements, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness related to sensitive football-related material.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative mind, storytelling skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Previous experience working in professional sports leagues is a plus.
