Events and Sales Manager - Chef-Driven Restaurant Group

Join our thriving and dynamic chef-driven restaurant group with multiple unique concepts and bars, and lead our events and sales initiatives to new heights in Los Angeles. This role offers an exceptional total package compensation, reaching upwards of $170,000+. The comprehensive package includes a six-figure base salary, lucrative commissions on all future parties booked personally or through the restaurant sales team, 100% paid medical/dental/vision benefits, a robust 401k plan, and a generous paid vacation package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Events Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive events and sales strategy to drive business growth for our chef-driven concepts in downtown LA.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Act as the main point of contact for event inquiries and collaborate closely with clients to customize experiences.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by proactively identifying and securing new event opportunities, both through personal bookings and through restaurant channels. Achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Collaboration with Culinary Teams: Work closely with our culinary teams to create customized menus and experiences that align with the unique offerings of each concept.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to boost event bookings. Leverage social media and other platforms to showcase our venues for private events.
  • Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the restaurant group.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the flawless execution of events, working in collaboration with operations teams to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for clients and guests.
