DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager professional to support the Restaurant business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Kitchen Team Members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing employees in the continual pursuit of "Operational Excellence" while creating a positive work culture in the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. The Kitchen Manager position will report to the Restaurant Director of Operation and is responsible for overseeing the Quality, Safety, Procedures and Training of Team Members in the kitchen.
Position Type: Full-Time, Open Availability, 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
  • 2 years of Kitchen Management Experience
  • Chick-fil-A experience, preferred
  • Computer and technology (Apple products) competency
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 60lbs
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
