Job description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of Sundrop Restaurant and banquet events
  • Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and company service standards
  • Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, and departmental expenses
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with culinary, sales, and hotel leadership teams to execute restaurant and banquet programming
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and proactively resolve guest concerns
  • Support beverage, service, and operational initiatives that align with the Luce brand vision
Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant or hotel outlet management experience required
  • Upscale dining and banquet experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food & beverage financials, labor management, and guest service standards
  • Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
