Summary:  

Our Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the overnight shift while ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's financial records and daily transactions. This position combines guest service duties with accounting responsibilities to support smooth hotel operations and prepare the property for the next business day.

As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay begins with a warm welcome and ends with exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • A Night Auditor will assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk-related functions.
  • Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily, including credit cards, cash, and change funds.
  • Consistently follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
  • Run various audits and reports, and record all revenues and statistics accurately.
  • Read, analyze, interpret, and effectively explain items such as standard reports, guest folios, and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
  • Effectively respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
