Description
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Night Auditor to join our front desk team at Hotel Eastlund. This is primarily a guest-service position with basic overnight audit responsibilities. The Night Auditor oversees front desk operations during the overnight shift, assists guests with check-in and check-out, responds to guest questions and concerns, completes the hotel's End of Day process, and prepares the front desk for the next business day. Because this position often works independently, reliability, good judgment, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
