Position SummaryOur networkers have a wide variety of experiences and knowledge within the Emergency Management Field. We provide 24/7 response services to clients, including training, exercise facilitation, and response management. Networkers on staff are available on an on-call basis to augment our consulting, planning, and response efforts. Networkers are activated and paid to respond to our clients planned and unplanned events.The ideal candidate will have documented experience and training in emergency management. We are looking for team members who are trained to use the Incident Command System (ICS), familiar with response management practices, and able to maintain a high state of readiness in the event of an emergency. Our team members are called upon to fill the Incident or Spill Management Team roles during our clients' emergencies. Being a networker requires executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible, and confident individual with a commitment to integrity and the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with minimal supervision. Networkers have the potential to be deployed on their own and as part of a team for extended periods of time with minimal direct oversight.
