What does a respiratory therapy manager do?

As a respiratory therapy manager, you supervise respiratory therapy technicians and personnel, oversee department operations, approve and direct budgets, hire and manage employees, and fill in for respiratory therapy technicians as necessary. Your job duties also include direct patient communication and treatment, training and evaluating personnel, and delegating tasks to staff.
