Job Overview
───────────────────────────
We are seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join the Children’s Hospital Float team in Spokane, Washington. This role provides flexible respiratory therapy coverage across pediatric and specialty care units within a nationally recognized children’s hospital environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical adaptability and the ability to provide high-quality respiratory care in fast-paced acute care settings while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple pediatric hospital units

  • Operate and monitor ventilators and advanced respiratory support equipment

  • Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic interventions

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans
