Full Time | Night Shift | $40/hour!

As an integral member of the Aspen Glen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center team (Formally known as Valley Oaks Care Center), the Respiratory Therapist (RT) will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. About the Role:

As a Respiratory Therapist (RT), you will be responsible for providing respiratory therapy treatments and care to our residents with respiratory-related diagnoses. This includes conducting respiratory assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring proper medication administration. You will also work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct respiratory assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed

  • Assist with ventilator management and weaning as needed

  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and oxygen saturation levels

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans

  • Provide education to residents and their families on respiratory therapy and disease management

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

Ideal Candidate:
