As an organized and results-oriented leader, the Human Resources Manager will support approximately 115 employees in Holliston, MA and 30 employees in Marietta, GA. This role will strategize organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager will create, execute, and improve upon both strategic people initiatives and tactical processes. You'll get to:

The Job:

  • Foster an employee-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and productivity.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, labor planning, and day-to-day employee support/questions
  • Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions and create action plans.
  • Apply strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth.
  • Support employee engagement activities when needed
  • Track KPIs and metrics and present regular reports. Use data-driven insights to drive HR and operational decision making.
  • Communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully and professionally
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Handle other departmental projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and support for organizational goals.
  • Reinforces and advocates for Open Door Policy across the leadership team

The Person:

  • 3-5 Years in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or other related field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Workday & ADP preferred
  • 10% travel to GA facility or on an as-needed basis

The salary range for this position is $78,600-$118,000

  • This is the lowest to highest annual fulltime salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker.
