This position allows for a fully remote work setting that offers flexibility while still engaging in meaningful interactions with patients and healthcare professionals. Although most responsibilities can be managed remotely, occasional meetings or collaborative workshops may require availability during peak periods. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to identify patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services for patients experiencing a range of mental health challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops that promote wellness and address relevant topics such as anxiety management, coping strategies, and personal development themes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical staff, social services, and community organizations, to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of patient care.
• Engage in outreach initiatives to raise mental health awareness, organizing wellness events in the community to reduce stigma and promote mental health education.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards throughout your practice.

Our patient population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will be working with adults, adolescents, and families, facilitating their journey toward healing and personal growth. • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proven understanding of the specific mental health challenges and issues prevalent among hospital or community health clinic patients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration with diverse patients and professional colleagues.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including brief therapy models suitable for effective treatment delivery.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a diverse caseload and prioritizing patient care effectively.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, ideally in a hospital or community health setting.
• Experience creating and leading therapy groups that address various mental health needs.
• Previous work in crisis intervention and emergency mental health services would be highly beneficial.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
