The Resort Operations Manager oversees daily resort operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient departmental coordination, and consistent service standards. This position works closely with hospitality, spa, wellness, housekeeping, food service, and guest services teams to support smooth operations across the property.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day resort operations and guest service functions
  • Coordinate activities between hospitality, spa, wellness, dining, and housekeeping departments
  • Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction initiatives
  • Assist with staffing schedules and operational planning
  • Support department managers in achieving performance goals
  • Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
  • Monitor operational budgets and expense controls
  • Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements
  • Assist with special events, retreats, and wellness programs
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership

Qualifications
