Overview

Valet Attendant
As a Valet Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing efficient and courteous valet services.
 


Responsibilities
  • Safely and responsibly park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas
  • Maintain a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles
  • Assist guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles
  • Manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment
  • Coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage
  • Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff
  • Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues; Report any damages or issues promptly and accurately

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
