Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest's needs while preparing perfect beverages per specifications in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
  • Discover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
  • Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
  • Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
  • Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies

Qualifications
  • Bartending experience in a hotel or related setting
  • Record of delivering exceptional guest experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
  • Team Player with a guest first attitude
  • Minimum age of 21 years old
